WELCOME TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF EMERALDTECH!

Ireland’s largest refurbisher of existing cyberware has come up with a
few new items for the discriminating cyberpunk.

NEW! SMARTGUN PALMLINKS:

The boys in green had heard complaints from their bodyguards about
getting those damn smartgun wires tangled up during a firefight. So they put
their heads togeather and came up with the smartgun palmlinks. It consists
of two pieces, a very small transmitter that plugs into the gun, and a reciever
chip, sewn into a band in the palm of a glove. The transmitter emmits a coded
frequency in a small range of just about three inches. The reciever picks
this up and carries the pistol information just as if there were one wire
between the two. Now, you just have to run your smartgun wire down your sleeve
and plug into the reciever glove, and the gun is linked, whenever you grab
the handle.
There are also models avalible where the receivers are in wristbands,
with the transmitter range increased to about six inches. Though the
code and frequency of the transmitter are variable, any range more than this
runs a danger of interfering with someone else’s palmlink. The transmitter
is confused by microwaves, (-2 REF during round hit by microwave) so try
and keep clear of them. All this for just a mere 250 EB!

New from EMERALDTECH!

EIRE’s leading manu-refurbisher of existing cyberware strikes again.
Our boys are number one in advancing the work of others, and just look
at what we have come up with this time!

EmeraldTech Xr Ray Vision.

The latest option in cyberoptics, developed for our
IRA medics in the field. Worried that your patient might have
a broken bone? Just flip on your Xr Ray vision and look for
yourself. Xr Rays are actually r-neutrinos, a small particle that
passes through all organic materials. This has the same
effect of X-Ray technology but without the need of a transmitter
or any of the harmful radiation effects. Xr ray vision allows
the user to penetrate layers of any organic material, discerning
what is inside to a limited effect. Unfortuanly the receptors
for this are so complicated, that only a small number of them
can be fit into the cyberoptic. This gives the Xr Ray vision
a range of only 1m (3 feet). So while you can look under someone’s
jacket if there standing right next to you (and only if they
are wearing non-metallic laced armor), looking through walls is
pretty much out of the question. This does give medics an
advantage when diagnosing or treating patients (+1 to each), which
is more than worth the 750 eb pricetag. Xr-ray vision takes
up three expansion slots in a normal cybereye. Order one today and
a proceed of 5% of each sale will go to help sponsor your local
I.R.A. chapter.
